  2. Tracking: Your shipment will be tracked, and you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track the progress of your shipment online using our tracking tool on our website or through our mobile app.

  3. Signature on Delivery: Standard Post Tracked does not require a signature on delivery. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the parcel will be left in a safe place if possible, or a collection card will be left for you to collect your parcel from your nearest Australia Post office.

Express Post Tracked:

  1. Delivery Time: Our Express Post Tracked service guarantees next business day delivery within the Express Post network, and 1-3 business days for areas outside the network. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors such as location, public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.

  2. Tracking: Your shipment will be tracked, and you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track the progress of your shipment online using our tracking tool on our website or through our mobile app.

  3. Signature on Delivery: Express Post Tracked requires a signature on delivery. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the parcel will be taken to your nearest Australia Post office for collection.

International:

  3. Signature on Delivery: Standard Post Tracked for international shipments does not require a signature on delivery.
